S.E.E.D (Secondary Education to Encourage Development) is a charity that has been established to provide funding for Tanzanian Primary School leavers to attend secondary school. Several Bromyard people are involved in the running of this charity.
Emma Stapley is the chairman of S.E.E.D. and a full time primary school teacher in Herefordshire, England. Emma spent 6 months living and working in a rural village in Iringa region in 2003. Here she wrote lesson plans for and helped to deliver environmental and health education lessons and community seminars.
