Sing a song about Bromyard

Nonny_at_falconA wonderful evening was enjoyed by those who attended the ""Celebration of Bromyard"  with Nonny James last night. (Friday July 23rd.) in the Falcon Mews.  Nonny performed her new Bromyard song (very good - very funny) to rapturous applause.  The buffet was, as expected at the Falcon, varied and delicious. A substantial sum was raised to support tourism in Bromyard.  Organised, of course, by Sylvia Silver whose efforts on behalf of the town deserve our thanks.  And perhaps wider recognition.

I would like to say how proud I was of all the 37 students who came with me to Lake Garda from 12th to 19th July.  The visit took in a tour of San Siro Stadium - home of Inter Milan and AC Milan. Students were able to sit in the same  seat in the changing rooms used by David Beckham! After this we went on to Milan City Centre and went up on the famous roof. A visit to Verona included the arena - Europe’s most intact Roman Amphitheatre, and also Juliet’s balcony.
