Christmas Lights were brilliant – and also by far the best value.

Bromyard's Christmas lights received £2000 from the Town Council. Equivalent to less than 50p per head of population. Equivalent figures for the other market towns ranged from about £1 per head of council funding to close to £2. And on any objective comparison Bromyard lights were far superior.
