Members of Bromyard Choral Society and Cradley Singers will be travelling to Italy in the Summer to give a concert at The Church of The Ascension, an English church on the shore of Lake Como at Cadennabbia. They will also be singing the Sunday morning service during their stay.
The trip is being organised by David Kemp, Head of Music at Queen Elizabeth Humanities College in Bromyard in conjunction with Bromyard Travel Services. The eight day trip will also take in a visit to Verona, Milan and Venice as well as the opera Aida at the world famous Roman Arena in Verona. David Kemp said, "This is a very exciting trip and will certainly put the two choirs on the map. We have over 40 singers taking part and will be staying at a lovely Edwardian style hotel on the lake side. We are very grateful to Jason at Bromyard Travel for organising the transport and hotel so efficiently and are looking forwad to joining our two choirs together in this way."
