PLANS are being drawn up by Herefordshire Council for a new centre at Ledbury Primary School.

Herefordshire Council spokesman Carla Preston said: "Discussions are at an early stage yet, but it's an exciting project.

"There's a big move on across the country to change the way that services are delivered for children and families, to bring together all the different agencies.

"This co-location centre will provide facilitie that can be used by police, by social workers or other bodies under one roof."

She said Herefordshire Council is also planning a similar facility for Bromyard, to be based at the Hope Family Centre.
