- The adoption of the Minutes of the meeting held on 14th December 2009
- e) Carpeting of Entrance Hall
The Admin & Finance Committee discussed the suggestion of the Complex Management Committee that a new carpet be laid in the entrance hall of the Old Vicarage. After discussion the Committee recommend to Council that this be carried out but only after other more urgent works such as lighting and decorating have been completed.
- f) Riverside Walk and Picnic Area
The Broadbridge Working Party has now turned its attention to the drainage of the part of the field near to the embankment and has obtained quotations for these works to be carried out.
Council is asked to approve;
a) the acceptance of the lowest of the quotations in the sum of £1733, towards which they can contribute £1200 from their budget
b) That Council approve the Admin & Finance Committee recommendation that the shortfall of £500 be taken from Reserves.
It is hoped that carrying out these works will go some way to alleviating the boggy area proposed to be used as a car park at a later date.

10/12 Planning Application:
DMNC/092844/O Port House Farm, Winslow, Bromyard, Herefordshire HR7 4LW
Proposed erection of 175 dwellings with garages, sports pavilion and pitches, community/youth building, landscaping and associated works.
This item is deemed to be of such importance to the Town that it will be discussed thoroughly in full Council. The Plans and associated documents, which are numerous, are available to be looked at in the office during normal office hours and members are urged to take advantage of this opportunity rather than try to assimilate a great deal of information just prior to the meeting.
